Bicara brand Bell & Ross berarti turut membicarakan dunia aviasi. Sejak didirikan pada 1992 oleh Bruno Belamich dan Carlos A. Rossilo, jam tangan ini memiliki 4 prinsip desain; akurasi movement Swiss, indikator visual yang jelas seperti di dunia aviasi, tahan air, dan dapat diandalkan.

Brand ini awalnya dikenal sebagai produsen jam tangan untuk pilot. Selain karena desainnya yang autentik, jam ini memiliki 3 tipe: Aviation, Marine, dan Vintage. 

Masing-masing tipe dibedakan berdasarkan ukuran case, movement, dan desain dial. Bahkan, jam tangan Bell & Ross Space 1 menjadi jam tangan automatic chronometer  yang digunakan ke luar angkasa pada tahun 1994.

Sementara jam tangan Bell & Ross Hydromax 11 100 M tercatat di Guinness Wold Record sebagai jam tangan pertama yang bisa dikenakan hingga ke kedalaman 11,000 meter di bawah air pada tahun 1998.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
TO SWISS STANDARDS - Only watches that meet the requirements defined by international standard ISO 6425 can be labeled as «diving» watches. The twelve-pages from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) on diving watches contain an exhaustive list of the essential qualities of a «wristwatch designed to withstand diving in water at depths of at least 100 meters and possessing a system to control the time.» The general requirements for a professional diving watch recognized as such by standard ISP 6425 are, among others, a minimum water resistance of 100 meters and the presence of a time preselection device (a 60-minute calibrated uni-directional rotating bezel), which is protected against accidental rotation or incorrect setting.
